If you pay more than one hundred euros in IMI, you have until the end of this month to pay the last installment. Mark your calendar and avoid fines or late payment interest.
The deadline for payment of the last installment of the Municipal Property Tax (IMI), for those who opted for payment in installments, is already underway, and ends on the last day of November.
Remember that May, August and November are the months referring to the payment of the 
tax. In May, the single installment must be paid, if the tax amount is equal to or less than 100 euros, or the first installment, if the tax amount is greater than 100 euros.
August is the month for the second installment, if the tax amount exceeds 500 euros. And in November, the second installment must be paid, if the tax amount is greater than 100 euros and equal to or less than 500 euros, or the third installment, if the tax amount is greater than 500 euros.
Remember that if you do not pay IMI (or if you pay it outside the legal deadline) you will be subject to late payment interest and fines.
